Here’s how it works…it’s very simple and profitable to our buyer clients. Regardless of purchase price, if we represent a buyer whose purchasing one of our listings, we will rebate our commission back to our buyer clients upon the close of escrow, minus a flat fee of $3,995. That’s it!
We also rebate up to 1% of the purchase price if we represent a buyer that’s not purchasing one of our listings (contact us for details).
You may use the money any way you like…such as:
- Towards your down-payment of the home.
- Paying for any closing costs on the loan.
- Escrow fees.
